If you write something like "Click here" to watch in your text, then click on the link icon above your post (it looks like an anchor chain) you can then paste in the URL for the picture.
This is a lot neater, as the reader doesn't see a long web address. Also, the URl you've posted isn't contextually active, meaning that a reader needs to copy and paste it into their browser address bar.
